I have been secretly recruiting leaders in the Real Estate industry recently and someone linked one of my letters out on the net. I have to track that down. I really want to get our industry to sing from one voice the praises of home ownership, even today.
So I need your help. Why is it a good time to buy real estate?

Facts and figures are great. But remember people buy for emotional reasons and justify with logic. Man, the “Bubble Heads” hate that one.
Use emotional reasons to buy now. What are they?
