I was reminded by a dear friend of whom we had not spoke for years recently.
He told me he was impressed that Spider Juice Technologies is close to 20 years old. And he remembered me telling him why I started the business.
“You want to know that if a client does not get what they ordered. The blame is on me. Nobody else.”
You see, he and I had worked for organizations where we got blamed for bad service, that we could do nothing about.

The slickness of modern media has made your audience a skeptic. It seems everything has got an angle on it to get at your purse. Be human and watch the suspicions lower.
Now, I have watched the guru class do this to look like the common dude.
That is not what I am talking about.
