He quotes Steve Thomas at Re/Max Real Estate Services in Aliso Viejo that:
- homes placed into escrow within the past month has increased by 182 homes in six weeks to 1,295
- an 16% increase since escrows hit the lowest level of the year on Oct. 4.
- inventory is down 3% in four weeks
He also quotes negatives to keep it balanced. But it is nice to see some postivity coming out of the O.C.
