I was pleased to get an email from a long time friend and client when she was inviting her list to join her on a 15 home tour of repossessed houses.
This technique was made famous by the foreclosure bus up in the repo capital of the Country-Stockton California. However many agents across the country are using this technique to drive demand for homes at a great price.
